Cookbook Countdown #17: Creamy asparagus soup with poached egg on toast

There is no cream used in this soup, just vegetables and homemade chicken stock.  Very light but not watery.  There is asparagus tips for bite added towards the end; topped with toasted bread and poached egg.  Yumms!
